Aspera F24 is a classic and elegant design inside and out, with 3G network connectivity for all Australian and New Zealand networks.
F24 incorporates a 2.4” screen on the inside and 1.8” outside. The outside screen allows you to see at a glance, the time and date, who is calling, or if you have received a message.
With big buttons, easy keypad and large text display the F24 is suitable for those who do not need or want a smartphone. There is no Wi-fi capability.
An integrated SOS button on the back cover can be set up to dial emergency contacts with the press of one button for 3 seconds. If you do not need this feature it can simply be switched off in the menu.
F24 is unlocked and 3G so you don’t need to worry about what network provider to use.

Delivery and Returns
Aspera aims for a two business day turnaround on any orders, however this may be disrupted by circumstances out of our control.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Goods delivered to PO Boxes will be delivered by Australia Post and cannot be signed for, therefore Aspera Mobile will not be held responsible for any missing parcels and/or deliveries to PO Boxes.
Our delivery times depend on location. Please see the table below for estimates of time after turnaround of order and dispatch of device.

Our return policy includes incorporate all the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that are not excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer are also covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not warrant any devices that have been misused or damaged by the user.
ISSUE IN TRANSIT
If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 1300 656 456 between 9AM – 5PM AEST Monday to Friday and advise us of the situation. Please try and take a photo of the issue and/or damage.
Our devices come with a twelve-month warranty, with six months on any accessories (including, but not limited to batteries, charging cables, wall plugs, and charging cradles). Our warranty covers all manufacturing faults in our devices and/or accessories.
